I think we all just  have to get out of our heads for a minute and ask ourselves, “How did we get here?” and go back to honouring this physiology that has so exquisitely evolved over time

HI,

I'm Jess

Birth changes you... and my own births have shaped and driven my passion for supporting women and couples through pregnancy, birth and the first year of motherhood.

I love having open conversations to reconnect, to explore, prepare, inspire and debrief all things birth and motherhood.

My purpose is to help you feel held through your journey to birth and motherhood. I'd love to chat

"Birth Matters. It brings us into beings"

Prior to speaking to you I felt a bit overwhelmed and nervous and wasn’t sure how to best prepare for this birth. I’m so so happy you were available to have an online birth plan session with us so late in my pregnancy. You were so great at facilitating the conversation with Todd and I and we now know which resources to look at over the next few days-weeks, we have a plan for him to support me through my labour and feel that we have a clearer idea of what’s important to me and what choices we want to make. Even after just one session with you I feel so much more confident and positive and am now looking forward to trying for a VBAC. Thank you for your support!
