Lean into birth, these tools help you work with your body through labour and birth.

The TENS will work with you through the gate control theory - providing stimulation to tissue nerves.

Prior to speaking to you I felt a bit overwhelmed and nervous and wasn’t sure how to best prepare for this birth. I’m so so happy you were available to have an online birth plan session with us so late in my pregnancy. You were so great at facilitating the conversation with Todd and I and we now know which resources to look at over the next few days-weeks, we have a plan for him to support me through my labour and feel that we have a clearer idea of what’s important to me and what choices we want to make.
