How long is hire for?

Hire of the Birth Sling and TENS machines are for approx. 6 weeks. They are sent out at 36 weeks for you to use during your pregnancy and utilise them for labour and birth.

What happens if i don't give birth until 42 weeks?

Thats completely fine! So many women birth in their 41th week of pregnancy. You may receive a reminder text message, but hire is until you have given birth so focus on the oxytocin for labour and don't worry about hire time lines.

What happens if I have birthed before my TENS machine arrives?

If your TENS machine hasn't been posted, no worries! We can cancel and refund your hire.
If your TENS has been sent, unfortunately the service of hire has been fulfilled and a refund cannot be provided

can I use my TENS for afterbirth pains?

Absolutely you can, the TENS is a brilliant tool to ease those afterbirth pains. Pop the pads on your lower belly where cramps occur before you breastfeed your little one to ease the afterbirth cramps.

ah, I can't find my TENS!

We understand your the newborn bubble and your TENS may be misplaced during your time of birth and postpartum, if you could please contact me for another week of grace. If your TENS is unable to be returned, an invoice for the amount of the TENS can be sent to you.
